Our first trip to Blackpool Zoo was great. I fell in love with the ringtailed lemurs, they were so friendly.

Anyway, here's a couple of pics, uploading more in the albums.

My mom was 70 on Sunday, so me & my sister took her to Dublin, I have added a few pics. I was amazed at the lack of Irish people there, there was chinese, japanese, russian, polish, czeck, italian. Just not many Irish !

I've only had the deck for about 3 weeks. But I am in awe of it. The artwork is amazing & it reads like a dream. Deep, powerful readings. The artist is Patrick Valenza, & here is a link to the site.

The last week has dragged. I caught bacterial tonsillitis off my little boy & wow I have been ill. I've now been off work a week & I don't get sickpay.

So, I've had a lot of time to think. I have GOT to move on. And I'm going to sit & figure out a ritual to do it, cos I just can't seem to do it alone. I don't want to be moping about after that bastard for the rest of my life.

So, with that thought, I asked someone out for a date. I've actually thought this guy is cute for about a year & a half. We have been texting for the last few days & he is nice. And today I didn't wake up thinking of the ex. I'm not getting my hopes up over this date, I'm just going to enjoy it for what it is, a drink with a new friend.

Who happens to be quite handsome. With a lovely smile.... heehee

I thought by now I would be 100% over him.

One of his friends came into the shop I work in today.

It knocked me a bit. A lot.

I go to work, I look after my little boy. Nothing else.
